Legal notice — website

This legal notice sets out the general terms governing access to and use of the website https://ambtu.ad, hereinafter “the WEB”, owned by Amb Tu, an Andorran-law company whose registered office is Carrer Callaueta no. 8, 1st floor, apartment 2a, AD500 Andorra la Vella (Principality of Andorra), phone +376 82 72 74, email info@ambtu.ad, hereinafter “Amb Tu”.

Access to the WEB is free and mere browsing does not require prior registration unless specific private or demo tools say otherwise.

The WEB presents the Amb Tu / AT HUB ecosystem —interaction & communication tech infrastructure— and its products (RemarK, ParComm, ConvHi and Immoat), plus links to group portals, demo booking and onboarding. Delivery of underlying services elsewhere remains governed by applicable contracts.

Limitation of liability

Amb Tu shall not be liable for any damages arising from use of the information, WEB content or embedded software—including, without limitation, errors or omissions, unavailability or transmission of malware—despite reasonable technical measures.

Information reflects the status on the revision date indicated; Amb Tu does not guarantee it is wholly error‑free but will apply appropriate corrections once aware.

Amb Tu may change layout, content and terms of access without prior notice and may temporarily suspend the WEB for maintenance or improvements, notifying users where practicable.

Unauthorized framing linking third‑party sites to the WEB is prohibited. Amb Tu is not responsible for third‑party sites reached only via outbound links.

WEB products and linked services

The WEB may link to external sites purely for convenience; Amb Tu neither operates nor warrants those destinations.

Any contract or dealings between the user and a third party contacted through the WEB are solely between those parties.

Users must abide by each linked site’s own legal notices.

User obligations

Users must comply with applicable law—including Andorran rules on Internet, intellectual property and data protection (Qualified Act 29/2021, personal data protection).

Use contrary to law or good faith is prohibited—including unlawful content, cyber‑attacks, bulk scraping without lawful basis, spam, impersonation or unauthorized server intrusion.

Negligent conduct may entail civil or criminal consequences. Technical and good‑faith norms that protect shared infrastructure must be observed.

Personal data protection and cookies

Processing follows Qualified Act 29/2021 of 28 October, on personal-data protection (“LQDP”), its implementing rules, the Records of Processing Activities where applicable and the fuller privacy policy linked below.

The controller is Amb Tu at the address and contacts above (info@ambtu.ad). If a formal Data Protection Officer is appointed, full contact details will be published in the privacy policy.

You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability rights as provided under the LQDP via the referenced channels.

The WEB may use cookies; granular information will appear in the cookies notice or consolidated privacy wording as deployed in production.

Intellectual property

Materials on the WEB—texts, images, audio, animation, software, trademarks, domains, etc.—are owned by Amb Tu or third‑party licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

No reproduction, transformation, distribution or public communication is allowed without written consent from the rights holder.

Private non‑commercial use consistent with good faith (e.g. viewing, occasional personal copies) is permitted.

Commercial or unlawful use may lead to enforcement actions.

Commitments

Amb Tu shall not engage in misleading advertising. Formal or numerical errors stemming from incomplete updates shall be corrected without undue delay once known.

Acceptance

Continued browsing constitutes acceptance of this notice as published when you access the WEB (additional explicit consent steps may apply to privacy terms where mandated).

Please read this legal notice periodically; it may change.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rules that may apply to an end‑user—and the courts of Andorra shall have jurisdiction over related disputes accordingly.

  • Privacy: purposes, lawful bases, retention, recipients, rights and links to fuller documentation.

  • Dispute mechanisms, governing law and venue.
